Product Description:
·Weighing part: including weighing sensor and scale frame. The weighing sensor is installed on the scale frame. When the material passes through, it acts on the weighing sensor through the lever to generate a voltage signal proportional to the belt load.
·Speed measuring part: composed of speed sensor, usually connected to a large diameter speed measuring roller, providing a series of pulses, each pulse represents a belt motion unit, and the frequency of the pulse is proportional to the belt speed.
·Calculation part: composed of integrator or weighing instrument, receiving signals from weighing sensor and speed sensor, and obtaining instantaneous flow value and accumulated weight value through integration operation, and displaying them.
·Communication part: The integrator has optional networking, communication, printing and other functions, and can be connected with other systems such as DCS to realize remote transmission and processing of data.
Working principle:
The working principle of electronic belt scale is based on
continuous dynamic measurement of materials on the conveyor belt.
When the material passes through the scale frame, the metering
roller detects the weight of the material on the belt, and acts on
the weighing sensor through the lever to generate an electrical
signal. The speed sensor detects the running speed of the belt and
provides a series of pulse signals. The integrator receives these
signals, amplifies, filters, and A/D converts them, and then
obtains the instantaneous flow rate and accumulated weight of the
material through integral calculation, and displays them on the
panel. This design allows the electronic belt scale to work
continuously during the material conveying process without
interrupting the flow of materials, thereby improving work
efficiency.
